RESOLUTION NO. 52-26 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BUCKEYE, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING THE TRANSIT SERVICES AMENDMENT, CONTRACT 
# 109-75-2027-06-00, BETWEEN THE CITY OF BUCKEYE AND THE 
REGIONAL PUBLIC TRANSIT AUTHORITY  RELATING TO FIXED ROUTE 
BUS SERVICE ALONG BUS SERVICE ROUTE 563, AND FIXED ROUTE 
SHORT TRIPS ALONG BUS SERVICE ROUTE 685; AND AUTHORIZING THE 
CITY 
MANAGER 
TO 
EXECUTE 
AND 
DELIVER 
SAID 
CONTRACT 
AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF BUCKEYE. 
WHEREAS, the City of Buckeye, Arizona (“City”) and the Regional Public Transit 
Authority (“RPTA”) entered into that certain Transit Service Agreement, Contract # 109-75-2021, 
dated July 1, 2020 (the “Transit Service Agreement”); and 
WHEREAS, the City and RPTA have since amended the Transit Service Agreement, 
through (i) Contract # 109-75-2022, dated July 1, 2021, (ii) Contract # 109-75-2023 dated July 
1, 2022, (iii) Contract # 109-75-2024-03-00 dated July 1, 2023; (iv) Contract # 109-75-2025-04-
00 dated July 1, 2024; and (v) Contract # 109-75-2026-05-00 dated July, 1 2025; and 
WHEREAS, the City and RPTA now desire to further amend the Transit Service 
Agreement as set forth in Contract # 109-75-2027-06-00, effective as of July 1, 2026 (“Contract 
# 109-75-2027-06-00”). 
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona, as 
follows: 
Section 1. 
The foregoing recitals are incorporated as if fully set forth herein. 
 
Section 2. 
The amended Contract # 109-75-2027-06-00 is hereby approved in the 
form on file with the City Clerk. 
 
Section 3.  
The City Manager is authorized to execute and deliver said amended 
Contract # 109-75-2027-06-00 on behalf of the City of Buckeye.  
Section 4. 
The Mayor, City Manager, City Attorney, and City Clerk are hereby 
authorized and directed to take all steps necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this 
Resolution.
