THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR 
 
And the 
 
CITY OF BUCKEYE 
 
The  above referenced Agreement (the “Agreement”) is amended as follows: 
 
I. 
RECITALS 
WHEREAS, The Office of the Governor of the State of Arizona (“GVA”) and the City of Buckeye (“Grantee”) 
entered into the above-referenced Agreement (“Agreement”) on December 27, 2024. 
 
WHEREAS, since December 27, 2024, circumstances have changed to the extent GVA and Grantee desire to 
amend the Agreement. 
 
THEREFORE, GVA and Grantee amend the Agreement as follows: 
 
II. MANNER OF FINANCING 
The award amount set forth in Section VI(a) of the Agreement is hereby decreased from $12,000,000 to 
$267,346.25, at least $169,741.25 of which sum GVA hereby agrees was expended by Grantee consistent with 
the scope of the Agreement. 
 
III. EFFECT OF AMENDMENT 
Except as otherwise expressly provided in this First Amendment, the Agreement is affirmed and ratified 
and all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 
 
 
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto agree to execute this Amendment #1 to the Agreement.
