1. CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/ROLL CALL  
Commissioner Ragsdale called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m.  
  
Members present:   Commissioner Rebecca Puppe, Commissioner Gina Ragsdale, Commissioner Donald 
Bassler, Alternate Charles Hester, Commissioner Sebastian Trupiano joined virtually at 
5:04 p.m. 
   
Members absent:    Chair Ted Burton, Commissioner Deanna Kupcik, Vice Chair Anthony DiMascio,                             
Alternate Les Manuel 
Staff present:            Deputy Director of Planning Adam Copeland, Principal Planner Mandy Woods, 
Senior Planner Jarek Dunn, City Attorney Tosca Henry, Management Assistant Keri 
Hernandez  
2. WORKSHOP AGENDA 
2A. AIRPORT SPECIFIC AREA PLAN 
Principal Planner Mandy Woods introduced the project and consultant Terri Hogan of Logan Simpson. 
Ms. Hogan presented the project to the Commission and was open for discussion. 
  
3. ADJOURNMENT  
With there being no further business, Commissioner Ragsdale adjourned the meeting at 6:02 p.m.
