RESOLUTION NO. 58-26 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
BUCKEYE, 
ARIZONA, 
APPROVING 
AMENDMENT 
4 
TO 
THE 
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY AND 
THE CITY OF BUCKEYE FOR COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM SERVICES 
FUNDING. 
 
WHEREAS, the City of Buckeye(“City”) and Maricopa County (“County”) previously 
entered the Intergovernmental Agreement Between Maricopa County and the City of Buckeye 
for Community Action Program Services Funding(“Agreement”), and subsequent amendments, 
to provide funds for Community Action Program Services; and  
 
WHEREAS, the City and County desire to amend the agreement to extend the 
agreement and provide for additional grant funds to be awarded to the City, 
 
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona, as follows: 
 
Section 1. 
The recitals above are hereby incorporated as if fully set forth herein.   
 
Section 2. 
Amendment No. 4 to the Intergovernmental Agreement Between 
Maricopa County and the City of Buckeye for Community Action Program Services Funding is 
hereby approved in substantially the form and substance on file with the City Clerk and is 
incorporated herein by reference. 
 
Section 3. 
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the Amendment 
No. 4 to the Intergovernmental Agreement Between Maricopa County and the City of Buckeye 
for Community Action Program Services Funding on behalf of the City; and, further, the Mayor, 
City Manager, City Attorney, and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute all 
documents and other necessary or desirable instruments and to take all steps necessary to 
carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution. 
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona,
