City of Buckeye Finance Department Festival Ranch CFD General Obligations (G.O.) Bond May 19, 2026 Festival Ranch G.O. Bond: Overview Finance 1 The FY2027 Budget includes a proposed issuance of new General Obligation (GO) Bonds. The FY2027 Bond amount: Not to exceed $7,110,000. Bonds will have a 20-year term with an estimated interest rate of 5%. Bond proceeds will fund ; Water Well #4 and Water Booster Pump #4 improvements and concrete and paving improvements within the District. Festival Ranch CFD G.O. Bond: Impact on Tax Rate – Debt Service Finance 2 The estimated annual debt service tax rate for FY2027 is $2.9691. This represents a decrease of $0.0061 from the FY2026 rate of $3.0030. The decrease reflects a 1.1289% decrease in the debt service tax rate. Festival Ranch CFD G.O. Bond: Combined Tax Rate Summary Finance 3 The total combined tax rate for FY2027 is projected to be $3.2691. This is a 1.0263% decrease compared to the FY2026 combined rate of $3.3030.
