Saguaro Summit LLC dba Christmas Light Decorators Contract No. 2025151 (REV. 6.23.2025) COOPERATIVE CONTRACT PURCHASE ADDENDUM (CCPA) BETWEEN THE CITY OF BUCKEYE AND SAGUARO SUMMIT LLC DBA CHRISTMAS LIGHT DECORATORS CONTRACT NO. 2025151 CHANGE ORDER # 2 THIS CHANGE ORDER # 2 is entered into as of ________________ between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation and Saguaro Summit LLC dba Christmas Light Decorators, an Arizona limited liability company (the ). This Change Order modifies certain sections of Contract No. 2025151 , with those sections not expressly modified remaining in full effect pursuant to their terms. RECITALS: The City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 2025151 dated September 17, 2024. Pursuant to which Contractor was to provide seasonal holiday and special event décor & lighting with an expiration date of subject to the terms of the City of Scottsdale Contract and a not-to-exceed amount of $300,000.00. Thereafter, Change Order #1 to Contract No. 2025151 increased the not-to-exceed amount by $650,000.00 from $300,000.00 to $950,000.00 and Exhibit B Proposal and Fee Schedule was amended to incorporate additional services, which was entered as of June 17, 2025. CONTRACT CHANGES: 1. Contract Price, is amended by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $667,00.00 from $950,000.00 to $1,617,000.00. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that order. This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Change Order as of the date first set forth above.
