Council to take action on the City of Buckeye - APS Utility Easement between the City of Buckeye, an
Arizona municipal corporation, and Arizona Public Service (APS), an Arizona corporation; and authorize
the City Manager to execute said Easement on behalf of the City of Buckeye.

SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Water Resources Department (WRD) is requesting approval of a 339 sq. ft. utility easement at the
northeast corner of Verrado Way and Van Buren Street to facilitate the provision of power to the North
Airport Road Water Campus (NARWC) Well #3. All necessary equipment will be installed and
maintained by APS. 
BENEFITS:
The utility easement in favor of APS is required to provide power to the NARWC Well #3 and complete
construction in a timely manner.

None.
