Council to take action on Change Order (CO) No. 1 to the Cooperative Contract Purchase Addendum
(CCPA No. 2023106) between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, and Precision
Integrated Systems, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company; and authorize the City Manager to
execute and deliver said Change Order on behalf of the City of Buckeye.

SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Water Resources is seeking approval of CO #1 to the CCPA with Precision Integrated Systems, LLC,
which will enable the purchase of essential equipment including metering pumps, skid pump packages,
analyzers, controllers, polymer feed systems, process control equipment, polyethylene tanks, mixers,
and related accessories for use at wastewater facilities, water treatment facilities, and well sites.
This cooperative contract purchasing addendum was entered in with an NTE of $250,000 by utilizing the
City of Mesa (COM) Agreement #2019084 with Precision Integrated Systems, LLC. COM extended its
contract through August 26, 2026. Accordingly, COB Change Order #1 will extend our CCPA to the
same date and raise the not to exceed (NTE) to $400,000, representing an increase of $150,000. The
original NTE of $250,000 was fully expended during the original contract term. The additional $150,000
will be allocated in fiscal years 2026 and 2027, with $100,000 budgeted for FY26 and $50,000 for FY27.
BENEFITS:
Securing reliable procurement pathways for equipment necessary to operate critical Water Resources
infrastructure and assets.

None. 
FINANCIAL IMPACT STATEMENT:
Total contract amount is $150,000 to be expended as follows:
$100,000 in FY26 - this amount is in the adopted FY26 budget
$50,000 in FY27 - this amount is part of the requested FY27 budget
