Bond proceeds for 7,999 linear feet of paving and concrete improvements total $2,730,000 Festival Ranch FY2027 SAD #15 Bond Finance 2 The Per Lot Assessment for FY2027 is $5,000 The Annual Assessment Payment for FY2027 is $427 The Assessment Payment Per Month for FY2027 is $36 Festival Ranch FY2027 SAD #15 Bond Finance 3 The County collects annual assessment payments as part of the property tax billing process. The $5,000 assessment, or remaining balance, may be paid off at any time. It is assumable and does not need to be paid off upon property transfer. Festival Ranch FY2027 SAD #15 Bond: Disclosure of Assessment Payments Finance 4 Under A.R.S. § 32-2181 et seq., requires the disclosure of all property taxes and assessments to be paid by a homeowner in the Arizona Department of Real Estate Subdivision Public Report (the “Public Report”). Homebuyers must receive and sign the Public Report, acknowledging they have read and accepted it before closing on a home. Additionally, homebuilders will require a separate signed disclosure form that specifically highlights the District assessment payments related to project financing.
