This writing is submited in response to your letter of February 27, 2023 and
as written confirmation of my request that the Maricopa County Treasurer, John
M. Allen, re-issue the excess proceeds funds first issued in November 2021 in the
amount of $310,791.96. The November 2021 check was inadverently misplaced
and never negociated. It is my understanding that the check was cancelled.

This submission requests that Mr. Allen employ the procedures required to
re-issue the check. I understand that this includes a request to the Maricopa
County Finance Department and the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. This

submission should be considered as my written authorization for making this
request.
