Also present: Juanita Garza, Clerk; Joy Rich, County Manager; Andrea Cummings, Legal Counsel (Remote); Mia Vargas, Minutes Coordinator. ACTION 1. SALT RIVER PROJECT AGRICULTURAL IMPROVEMENT AND POWER DISTRICT POWER DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT Approve and execute a non-exclusive power distribution easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP), and its successors and assigns, in, upon, over, under, through, across and along the County’s property identified as APN 139-49-026. This action takes place in Supervisory District 2 THIS ACTION REQUIRES UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD. (C-78-23-058-X-00) Motion to approve by roll call vote by Supervisor Jack Sellers, seconded by Supervisor Steve Gallardo. The Clerk called the roll with the following result: Ayes: Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Thomas Galvin, Bill Gates, Steve Gallardo 2. ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY UTILITY EASEMENT Approve and execute a UTILITY easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), to Arizona Public Service Company (APS), and its successors and assigns, in, upon, over, under, through and across the County’s property identified as APN 112-05-089B. This action takes place in Supervisory District 5. THIS ACTION REQUIRES UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD.
