THIS CHANGE ORDER #3 
 is entered into as of ________________, 
between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation 
Kimley-Horn 
and Associates, Inc., a North Carolina corporation (the 
). This Change Order modifies 
certain sections of Task Order No. 26 
to Contract No. 2022003.22 (the 
Contract , with those sections not expressly modified remaining in full effect pursuant to their 
terms.  
 
RECITALS: 
 
The City and Consultant entered into Task Order No. 26 to Contract No. 2022003.22 dated 
February 18, 2025. Pursuant to which Consultant was to provide consulting services for the 
Engineering Design Standards Update project with an expiration date of June 30, 2025, and a not-
to-exceed amount of $149,720.00. 
 
Thereafter, Change Order #1 to Task Order No. 26, which was entered into as of May 20, 2025, 
extended the completion date for services and deliverables from on or before June 30, 2025, to on 
or before December 31, 2025, and increased the total not-to-exceed amount by $99,865.00, from 
$149,720.00 to $249,585.00. 
also amended by incorporating additional services. 
 
Thereafter, Change Order #2 to Task Order No. 26, which was entered into as of December 3, 
2025, extended the completion date for services and deliverables from on or before December 31, 
2025, to on or before June 30, 2026.  
 
CONTRACT CHANGES: 
 
1. 
Article 1  Scope of Services and Exhibit A of the Original Task Order  
to incorporate the additional services and deliverables set forth 
in Exhibit 1 of Change Order #3. 
 
2. 
Article 2  Schedule of Completion of Services, is amended by extending the 
completion date for services and deliverables from on or before June 30, 2026, to on or before 
December 31, 2026.

Article 3  Fee Breakdown, is amended by increasing the total not-to-exceed 
amount by $82,085.00, from $249,585.00 to $331,670.00. 
 
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: 
 
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect. 
 
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the 
Task Order, the Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that 
order.   
 
This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.
