Reevaluation Criteria
Understand better the concerns of adjacent property owners and 
developers
Ability to meet FAA requirements for an approved Airport Master Plan
Assure proposed forecast demand can be accommodated
Allow for expansion beyond 20-year planning period to support a 
long-range vision
Align with Luke AFB mission and the Airspace study

Staff Recommendation
Council take action adopting the Airport Master Plan 
recommendations, and direct staff to incorporate 
recommendations into the Airport Master Plan report and 
submit to the Federal Aviation Administration for 
approval
