• Request: Amend the Sundance Community Master 
Plan (CMP) to include 8.3 acres as a

purpose of multi-family residential

Infrastructure
• Companion Site Plan request (Case PLZSP-25-
0037) pending; approval will be administrative
• Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) submitted and 
approved with CMPA
• Developer to complete transportation, water, 
and sewer infrastructure improvements, as 
determined by TIA and Site Plan approval
