CHANGE ORDER #1 
THIS CHANGE ORDER #1 
 is entered into as of ____________________, 
between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation 
Logan Simpson 
Design, Inc., an Arizona corporation (the 
). This Change Order modifies certain 
sections of Contract No. 32600032 
Agreement , with those sections not expressly modified 
remaining in full effect pursuant to their terms.  
RECITALS: 
The City and Consultant entered into Contract No. 32600032 dated December 12, 2025. Pursuant 
to which Consultant was to provide professional consulting services for the Airport Specific Area 
Plan with an expiration date of December 31, 2026, and a not-to-exceed amount of 235,064.00. 
CONTRACT CHANGES: 
1.
Section 3  Compensation, is amended by increasing the total not-to-exceed
amount by $50,000.00, from $235,064.00 to $285,064.00. The increase incorporates the allowance 
for additional services that was included in Exhibit B of the Original Agreement  Fee Proposal 
but was excluded from the original total not-to-exceed amount. 
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: 
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. 
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the 
Agreement, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that order.   
This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.
