ANNEXATION PETITION (PLZM-25-0100)
TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BUCKEYE, ARIZONA:

We, the undersigned, owners of the real and personal property, being the real property hereinafter
described and all personal property that we may own in the area sought to be annexed, request the City
of Buckeye to annex our property, said property being located in a territory contiguous to the City of
Buckeye and being located within the following described area:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT “A”
(See also attached map as Exhibit “B’’)

The City Council may determine the exact boundary of said territory to be annexed; provided, however,
that said annexed area lies wholly within the above-described area and, provided further, that the
provisions of Section 9-471. Arizona Revised Statutes are fully observed and complied with.

Legal Description and Map

The land referred to herein below is situated in the county of Maricopa, state of
Arizona, and is described as follows:

All that portion of the South half of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of Section 1, Township 1 South, Range 4 West, of the Gila and Salt River Base and
Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, lying South of the Buckeye Canal described

as follows:

Commencing at the West quarter comer of said Section 1;

Thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 04 seconds East along the mid-section line, a
distance of 730.00 feet;

Thence North 00 degrees 09 minutes 59 seconds West, a distance of 16.50 feet to a
point on the Northerly right of way line of MC 85 and the True Point of
Beginning;

Thence along said Northerly right of way line, South 89 degrees 50 minutes 04
seconds West, a distance of 162.50 feet;

Thence North 00 degrees 09 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of 232.80 feet to
a point on Southerly right of way line of the Buckeye Canal;

Buckeye. | am making this affidavit based on information in the files of the City of
Buckeye and of the Maricopa County Recorder.

2. No part of the area shown in the map and described in the exhibit attached to the
blank petition as proposed to be annexed into the City of Buckeye, to the best of the
City of Buckeye's information, knowledge, and belief, is already subject to an earlier
filing of annexation.

3. This affidavit is made to comply with the requirements of A.R.S. § 9-471.A.6.
