SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Jeff Blilie and Marcela Mora-Yatko from Gilbert Blilie PLLC, on behalf of MP Hazen Sand & Rock LLC
are requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit on approximately 77 acres for aggregate extraction
located about 1,300 feet east of the southeast corner of Rooks Road and Hazen Road. Please review
the attached staff report and exhibits for additional information and analysis. 
BENEFITS:
The subject Conditional Use Permit will provide aggregate resources for construction growth within the
City of Buckeye
