CONTRACT NO. 2024013.01 
CHANGE ORDER # 1 
THIS CHANGE ORDER # 1 (this ³Change Order´) is entered into as of ______________ 
between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation (the ³City´) and Hasa, Inc., a 
California corporation (the ³Contractor´). This Change Order modifies certain sections of Contract 
No. 2024013.01 (the ³Contract´), with those sections not expressly modified remaining in full 
effect pursuant to their terms.  
RECITALS: 
The City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 2024013.01 dated October 3, 2023. Pursuant to 
which Contractor was to provide water/wastewater treatment chemicals with an expiration date of 
October 3, 2028 and a not-to-exceed amount of $300,000.00 per year. 
CONTRACT CHANGES: 
1.
Contract Price, is amended by increasing the not-to exceed amount by $1 0,000.00
from $300,000.00 per year to $450,000.00 per year

Clickwrap Terms Excluded.  In the event the Contract¶s terms of sale or service
were provided to the City only upon ³acceptance´ of a ³clickwrap´ or ³clickthrough´ agreement, 
such terms of sale or service shall not be binding upon the City.  No oral agreement, ³clickwrap´ 
or ³clickthrough´ agreement or other understanding shall in any way modify a City issued or 
approved contract or this Contract.

No Boycott of Israel.  To the extent applicable under A.R.S. § 35-393 through § 35-
393.03, the Contractor hereby certifies that it is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration 
of this Agreement to not engage in, a ³boycott´ of goods or services from Israel, as that term is 
defined in A.R.S. § 35-393(1). 
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: 
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect. 
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the 
Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that order.

This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.
