LEGAL DESCRIPTION 
 
A parcel of land situate within a portion of Westpark Connector Road Right of 
Way described in Special Warranty Deed recorded at Instrument number 
2009-0309268, Maricopa County Recorder’s Office, Maricopa County, being a 
portion of the West Half of Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 4 West of the 
Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, more particularly 
described as follows:  
 
COMMENCING at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 24, monumented 
by a ADOT Brass cap in hand hole stamped RLS 38862, dated 2010 from which 
the Southwest Corner of said Section 24, monumented by ADOT Brass cap in 
hand hole stamped RLS 38862, dated 2010, bears South 00°05’57” East, 
2662.94 feet as the Basis of Bearings; 
 
Thence South 89°23’18” East, 55.00 feet to the easterly Right of Way line of 
State Route 85 being the POINT OF BEGINNING; 
 
Thence along the perimeter of said right of way the following 5 courses;  
 
Thence North 00°06'12" West, 214.45 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent 
curve, concave southeasterly, whose radius point bears South 13°40'02" East, 
4128.33 feet; 
 
Thence northeasterly along said curve to the right, through a central angle of 
09°26'40", an arc length of 680.50 feet to a point of non-tangency; 
 
Thence North 28°21'39" East, 58.22 feet; 
 
Thence North 15°02'17" West, 156.34 feet; 
 
Thence North 09°19'39" West, 120.60 feet; 
 
Thence South 15°02'17" East, 483.30 feet; 
 
Thence along said property the following 3 courses;

easterly Right of Way line of State Route 85;

to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
