CITY OF BUCKEYE, ARIZONA PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT NEW OR INCREASED WATER AND WASTEWATER RATES, RATE COMPONENTS, FEES, OR SERVICE CHARGES In accordance with A.R.S § 9-511.01, notice is given that at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona held on February 3, 2026, the Council adopted a Notice of Intention to adopt new or increased water and wastewater rates, rate components, fees, or service charges. A public hearing on the proposed new or increased water and wastewater rates, rate components, fees, or service charges will be held at 6:00 p.m. on April 07, 2026, at a regular meeting of the City Council in the City Council Chambers, 530 East Monroe Avenue, Buckeye, Arizona 85326. A report with information supporting the new or increased water and wastewater rates, rate components, fees, or service charges will be made available to the public on the City of Buckeye website, and will be on file with the Buckeye City Clerk at City Hall, 530 East Monroe Avenue, Buckeye, Arizona 85326 at least thirty days before the public hearing. If approved by the Mayor and Council, the proposed new or increased water and wastewater rates, rate components, fees, or service charges will become effective on May 7, 2026.
