ACTION/MOTION: (This language identifies the formal motion to be made by the Council) 
Council to take action on Change Order No. 1 to the Cooperative Contract Purchase Addendum (CCPA
No. 32500033) between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, and Vincere Physicians
Group PLLC, an Arizona professional limited liability company, for cancer screenings; and authorize the
City Manager to execute and deliver said Change Order on behalf of the City of Buckeye.
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Fire Department is requesting approval of Change Order No. 1 to Cooperative Contract Purchase
Addendum (CCPA) No.32500033 with Vincere Physicians Group to increase the Not to Exceed amount
from $160,000 to $340,000, all original terms for CCPA No.32500033 remain the same. This increase
will allow for budgeted purchases for FY-26.
BENEFITS:
Allows for earlier detection of cancer for firefighters exposed to cancer causing agents in the course of
their duties. Early detection has been shown to be essential in the successful fight against cancer and
more cost effective as a whole.
FINANCIAL IMPACT STATEMENT:
The cost has been budgeted in FY26 and provides early detection of cancer in firefighters.
