RESOLUTION NO. 96-25 
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BUCKEYE, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING THE 
REGIONAL 
SIGNAL 
REIMBURSEMENT 
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BUCKEYE, AN ARIZONA MUNICIPAL 
CORPORATION AND BUCKEYE PHASE I OWNER, LLC, A DELAWARE 
LIMITED LIABIILITY COMPANY. 
WHEREAS, the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”) and Buckeye 
Phase I Owner, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Owner”), desire to enter into a 
Regional Signal Reimbursement Agreement (“Agreement”) related to constructed improvements 
at the intersection of Perryville Road and McDowell Road. 
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona, as follows: 
Section 1. 
The recital above is hereby incorporated as if fully set forth herein. 
Section 2. 
The Agreement between the City and Owner is hereby approved in 
substantially the form and substance on file with the City Clerk and which is incorporated herein 
by reference. 
 
Section 3. 
The Mayor, City Manager, City Attorney, and City Clerk are 
hereby authorized and directed to take all steps necessary to carry out the purpose and 
intent of this Resolution. 
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona, 
this 2nd day of December, 2025.
