PURPOSE AND NEED Conduit will exist on the east side of Miller Road from Lower Buckeye Road to I-10. Install splice vaults every half-mile. Install conduit between the splice vaults and the traffic signal controller cabinets. Install 2-single mode fiber optic cables in the duct bank. Install a Gator Patch in the splice vaults with a single mode fiber optic cable running to the traffic signal controller.
