I wanted to send this early to make sure we filled out the request correctly. Please see attached project change form for our Miller Road ITS project. The "E-T-FMS-T60630-95% R1" is our latest estimate from our consultant. The increase is obviously due to increased materials and construction costs. ADOT wanted to defer this until after July 1* to allow the railroad and BWCDD to review and provide clearances. I believe only the railroad clearance is outstanding. There were originally two projects that were later combined. Those are shown in "Buckeye-2 and Buckeye-4". Please let me know if we need further changes to the request.
