This letter serves as a notification that Smartlink Group on behalf of New Cingular Wireless, LLC (aka 
AT&T) is in the process of submitting a Conditional Use Permit Application to the City of Buckeye to 
install a new Wireless Communication Facility (WCF) at parcel 401-87-013, 26103 W Highway 85 
Buckeye, AZ 85326 
As an integral part of the Conditional Use permit process, the City of Buckeye mandates a community 
meeting to inform residents residing within 300 feet of the proposed WCF site. This meeting is scheduled 
to provide an opportunity for Smartlink Group to provide additional details about the forthcoming WCF 
project and address any questions or concerns that may arise among the local community. 
Here are the specifics for the community meeting:

Wednesday August 20 
Time: 6:00pm – 6:30pm 
Location: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1002 E Eason Ave Buckeye, AZ 85326 
 
Smartlink Group proposal includes the installation of a 90’ monoelm that can accommodate additional 
carriers in the future. The associated equipment will be securely enclosed with an 8’ CMU wall. The WCF 
will enhance cellular coverage in this rural area for residents, workers and First Responder Network 
Authority (www.firstnet.gov ) that will have dedicated communications for First Responders, Police, 
Firefighters and Emergency Medical Services. Once this tower is implemented, first responders will no 
longer rely on the same communication system used by consumers that can become congested if a crisis 
were to happen.
