Council to take action on the request for a new Series 012 (Restaurant) Liquor License (Application No.
361151) for Barro's Pizza, located at 4475 South Miller Road, Suite No. 104, in Buckeye.
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Barro's Pizza is requesting approval for a Series 012 (Restaurant) Liquor License Application for their
business located at 4475 S. Miller Road, #104, in Buckeye. The application and public notice were
legally posted and the application has been reviewed and approved by required departments. The
business is located in the Buckeye Planning area and will pay Buckeye taxes. Title 4 of the Arizona
Revised Statutes does not require the consideration of liquor licenses to be held in a public hearing or
listed on the Non-Consent Agenda.
BENEFITS:
The city will continue to collect sales tax and revenue from liquor sales.
FUTURE ACTION:
After Council approval, the application will be forwarded by the City Clerk's Office to the Arizona
Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for final approval.
FINANCIAL IMPACT STATEMENT:
The city will continue to collect sales tax and revenue from liquor sales.
