ACTION/MOTION: (This language identifies the formal motion to be made by the Council) 
Council to take action on Resolution No. 81-25, approving the First Amendment to Airport Property
Lease Agreement between the City of Buckeye, and GH1, LLC (DBA Aerosecure), an Arizona limited
liability company; and authorizing the City Manager to execute and deliver said First Amendment
Agreement on behalf of the City of Buckeye.
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
GH1 desires to expand its leased facilities at the Airport.  The First Amendment expands GH1's leased
facilities to include the adjacent office space.  GH1 will renovate the office space to support its aviation
related businesses operating within the hangar.
The Airport Property Lease Agreement is within the original term, ending December 27, 2029. The Lease
Agreement provides for two additional three-year periods which, if exercised, would extend the term to
December 27, 2035.
BENEFITS:
GH1, LLC, will renovate and utilize the office in support of their aeronautical activity consisting of aircraft
maintenance which provides revenue and activity at the Airport.
FUTURE ACTION:
No further action is required.
FINANCIAL IMPACT STATEMENT:
Annual revenue is approximately $44,328, an increase of $5,657 per year.
