RESOLUTION NO. 81-25 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BUCKEYE, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO AIRPORT PROPERTY 
LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BUCKEYE, AND GH1, LLC 
(DBA AEROSECURE), AN ARIZONA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; AND 
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER THE FIRST 
AMENDMENT AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF BUCKEYE. 
 
 
WHEREAS, the City of Buckeye, Arizona (“City”) and GH1, LLC, an Arizona limited 
liability company (collectively, the “Parties”), entered into that certain Airport Property Lease 
Agreement, dated December 27, 2022 (the “Agreement”) regarding the leased premises located 
at 3000 South Palo Verde Road, Buckeye, Arizona 85326; and 
 
 
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to enter into the First Amendment to the Agreement to, 
among other matters, expand the leased premises to include an office area, and to modify the 
rent payment. 
 
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona, as follows:  
 
Section 1. 
The foregoing recitals are incorporated as if fully set forth herein. 
 
Section 2. 
The First Amendment to the Agreement is hereby approved in 
substantially the form and substance that accompanies this Resolution. 
 
Section 3. 
The Mayor, City Manager, City Attorney, and City Clerk are hereby 
authorized and directed to take all steps necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this 
Resolution. 
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona,
