RESOLUTION NO. 69-25 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BUCKEYE, ARIZONA, 
RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO PCS SITE 
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BUCKEYE, AND SPRINT SPECTRUM 
REALTY COMPANY, LLC (FORMERLY A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP), A 
DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO 
SPRINT SPECTRUM L.P. 
 
 
WHEREAS, the City of Buckeye, Arizona (“City”) and Sprint Spectrum Realty Company, 
LLC (formally a limited partnership), a Delaware limited liability company, successor in interest to 
Sprint Spectrum L.P. (collectively, the “Parties”), entered into a certain PCS Site Agreement, 
dated September 27, 1999 (the “Agreement”) regarding the leased premises located at 211 North 
9th Street, Buckeye, Arizona, 85326; and 
 
 
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to enter into the First Amendment to the Agreement to, 
among other matters, provide for additional renewal terms, and to modify the rent payment and 
insurance coverages. 
 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BUCKEYE, 
ARIZONA, as follows:  
 
Section 1. 
The recitals above are hereby incorporated as if fully set forth herein. 
 
Section 2. 
The First Amendment to the Agreement is hereby approved in substantially 
the form and substance that accompanies this Resolution. 
 
Section 3. 
The Mayor, City Manager, City Clerk, and City Attorney are hereby 
authorized and directed to take all steps necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this 
Resolution. 
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona, 
this 7th day of October, 2025.
