Council to take action on the removal of Regular Member Deanna Moreno (District 2) from the 2025
Water and Wastewater Rate Committee and the appointment of Adam Gonzales (District 4) as a Regular
Member of the 2025 Water and Wastewater Rate Advisory Committee, with a term expiration date of
December 31, 2025.
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The City encourages community involvement in our programs through our boards and commissions.
Deanna Moreno has submitted a notice of resignation. Adam Gonzales has served as an Alternate
Member since the 2025 Water and Wastewater Rate Committee was created and staff is recommending
that he be appointed to fill the vacancy. The Committee will automatically terminate on December 31,
2025.
