COOPERATIVE CONTRACT PURCHASE ADDENDUM (CCPA) 
THE CITY OF BUCKEYE 
AND 
BORDER RECAPPING , LLC DBA BORDER TIRE 
CONTRACT No. 2025214 
CHANGE ORDER # 2 
THIS CHANGE ORDER # 2 (this “Change Order”) is entered into as of ___________, between 
the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City”) and Border Recapping, LLC 
dba Border Tire, an Arizona corporation (the “Contractor”). This Change Order modifies certain 
sections of Contract No. 2025214 (the “Contract”), with those sections not expressly modified 
remaining in full effect pursuant to their terms.  
RECITALS: 
The City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 2025214 dated October 9, 2024. Pursuant to 
which Contractor was to provide emergency field services, on-site service, new and retread tires 
with an expiration date subject to the terms of the City of Phoenix Contract and a not-to-exceed 
amount of  $100,000.00. 
Thereafter, Change Order #1 to change the not-to-exceed amount by $60,000.00 from $100,000.00 
to $160,000.00 was entered into as of March 18, 2025.  
CONTRACT CHANGES: 
1.
Contract Price, is amended by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $115,000.00
from $160,000.00 to $275,000.00 
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: 
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the 
Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that order.   
This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.
