ACTION/MOTION: (This language identifies the formal motion to be made by the Council) 
Council to take action on Delivery Order No. 6 to the Job Order Contract (JOC No. 2025084) between
the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, and Talis Corporation, an Arizona Corporation, to
make public roadway repairs, removing existing roadway pavement surface course, and replacing the
roadway surface course section within the Verrado community; and authorize the City Manager to
execute said Delivery Order on behalf of the City of Buckeye.  
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
On the evaluated roadway, age, weather and traffic elements have caused pavement deterioration. The
Public Works Streets Department has recommended that the identified damaged pavement location be
repaired by removing the damaged asphaltic concrete, then replacing it with new asphaltic concrete.  
BENEFITS:
This project will significantly reduce the risk to the traveling public by addressing the degradation and
displacement of existing pavement. In addition to improving safety, this project will enhance the overall
quality of travel experience, extend the lifespan of the pavement by eliminating water-related damage,
and the new pavement course will reduce maintenance costs for the city.

FINANCIAL IMPACT STATEMENT:
Funding for this project will be FY26 Highway User Revenue Fund (HURF).
The cost of this project is $894,474.75
