COOPERATIVE CONTRACT PURCHASE ADDENDUM (CCPA) 
BETWEEN 
THE CITY OF BUCKEYE 
AND 
DYKMAN ELECTRICAL, INC. 
Contract No. 2025184 
CHANGE ORDER # 1 
THIS CHANGE ORDER #1 (this ³Change Order´) is entered into as of ______________between 
the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation (the ³City´) and Dykman Electrical, Inc., 
an Idaho corporation (the ³Contractor´). This Change Order modifies certain sections of Contract 
No. 2025184 (the ³Contract´), with those sections not expressly modified remaining in full effect 
pursuant to their terms. 
RECITALS: 
 
The City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 2025184 dated August 29, 2024. Pursuant to 
which Contractor was to provide electrical motor drives and maintenance with an expiration 
subject to the terms of the City of Phoenix contract 158214-0 and a not-to-exceed amount of 
$200,000.00. 
 
CONTRACT CHANGES: 
1. 
Contract Price, is amended by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $750,000.00 
from $200,000.00 to $950,000.00. 
 
2. 
No Boycott of Israel.  To the extent applicable under A.R.S. § 35-393 through § 35-
393.03, the Contractor hereby certifies that it is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration 
of this Agreement to not engage in, a ³boycott´ of goods or services from Israel, as that term is 
defined in A.R.S. § 35-393(1). 
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: 
 
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect. 
 
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the 
Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that order.   
 
This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.
