Council to take action on the Cooperative Contract Purchase Addendum (CCPA) (Contract No.
32600007) between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation and W.W. Grainger, Inc., an
Illinois corporation; and authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said CCPA on behalf of the
City of Buckeye.
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Staff is requesting Council approval of this CCPA with Grainger, Inc., to facilitate the purchase of general
maintenance, repair and operation (MRO) supplies, parts, and materials needed to perform and
complete operations and maintenance of the city’s water and wastewater facilities, assets and
infrastructure. The not to exceed (NTE) amount of this contract has been set to $300,000.
BENEFITS:
Efficient and uninterrupted operations of the city’s water and wastewater systems.
