• What is it?
• Federal Aviation Administration required planning document
• Identifies a 20-year capital development plan for an airport
• Determines the extent, type, and timeline of future development
• Development eligible for federal/state grant funding
• Supports the depictions on the Airport Layout Plan

Planning Advisory Committee (PAC)
