That portion of Lots 25, 26, 27, 29 and 30, BUCKEYE NORTH, according to Book 174
of Maps, Page 5, records of Maricopa County, Arizona and that portion of the
Southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 3 West of the Gila and Salt
River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, more particularly described as
follows:

BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Section 17, monumented with a brass cap
in handhole which bears, South OO degrees 01 minutes O1 seconds West 2627.26 feet
from the West quarter corner of said Section 17, monumented with a brass cap in
