5 West, and Sections 7, 8, 17, and 18, Township 3 North, Range 4 West of the 
Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, more particularly 
described as follows:  
 
BEGINNING at the North Quarter corner of said Section 12, monumented by a 2.5 
inch GLO Brass cap; 
 
Thence South 89°08'52" East along the northerly line of the Northeast quarter of 
said Section 12, a distance of 2642.03 feet to the Northeast corner of said Section
