RECITALS: 
 
The City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 32600017 dated February 7, 2023. Pursuant to 
which Contractor was to provide manufacturing and sale of firearm training simulators with an 
expiration date of June 30, 2026 and a not-to-exceed amount of $250,000.00. 
 
CONTRACT CHANGES: 
 
1. 
Section - Term, is amended by extending the Contract end date to June 30, 2026. 
 
2. 
Section - Contract Price, is amended by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by 
$26,505.24 from $ 250,000.00 to $276,505.24. 
 
3. 
Section  Price Quote is amended to incorporate the additional service set forth in 
Exhibit A.  
 
 
 
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: 
 
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect. 
 
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the 
Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that order.   
 
This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.
