ACTION/MOTION: (This language identifies the formal motion to be made by the Council) 
Council to take action on the Construction Contract (No. 32500057) for Metal Building Design and
Construction between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, and Neve, LLC, an Arizona
limited liability company, for Sun Valley Parkway – Metal Building Design and Construction; and
authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said Contract on behalf of the City of Buckeye.
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The City of Buckeye is in the process of taking over the maintenance of Sun Valley Parkway from
Maricopa County. This contract will construct a Metal Building on City-owned property along Sun Valley
Parkway for equipment storage. 
BENEFITS:
This contract when complete, will decrease the deployment time of staff and equipment to the northern
City Limits. 
FUTURE ACTION:
There are more improvements planned to make the site fully operational including a power source, and
small office trailer with restrooms for staff.
FINANCIAL IMPACT STATEMENT:
The total cost for the Sun Valley Parkway Metal Building design and construction is included in the FY26
budget. 
CURRENT FISCAL YEAR TOTAL COST:
$307,756.00 is the not to exceed bid to be utilized in FY26.
