Council to take action on Change Order No. 2 to the Addendum to OpenGov Master Services Agreement
(Contract No. 2025232) between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, and OpenGov
Inc., a Delaware corporation, related to asset management and work order software licensing for Fiscal
Year 2025-2026; and authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said Change Order on behalf of
the City of Buckeye.
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Public Works Department is requesting approval of Change Order No. 2 to contract 2025232 to
increase the not-to-exceed amount by $215,633.55 from $255,000.00 to $470,633.55, and to ratify
purchase orders made to renew existing software licensing in use by Public Works through July 31,
2026. OpenGov provided asset management and work order software for Fiscal Year 2025. The total
amount already paid under this task order does not exceed $255,000.00.
BENEFITS:
To maintain asset management and work order software applications for the Public Works Department.
