RESOLUTION NO. 36-25 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BUCKEYE, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING THE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE REIMBURSEMENT 
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BUCKEYE, AN ARIZONA MUNICIPAL 
CORPORATION AND EVT ROOSEVELT VERRADO, LLC, AN ARIZONA  
LIMITED LIABIILITY COMPANY. 
 
WHEREAS, the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”) and EVT 
Roosevelt Verrado, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Developer”), desire to enter into a 
Public Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement (“Agreement”) related to regional public 
infrastructure to be constructed by Developer, which such public infrastructure will be conveyed 
to the City following completion of construction.   
 
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona, as follows: 
 
Section 1. 
The recital above is hereby incorporated as if fully set forth herein. 
 
Section 2.  
The Agreement between the City and Developer is hereby approved in 
substantially the form and substance on file with the City Clerk and which is incorporated herein 
by reference. 
 
 
Section 3. 
The Mayor, City Manager, City Attorney, and City Clerk are hereby 
authorized and directed to execute any and all documents and any other necessary or desirable 
instruments, and to take all steps necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this 
Resolution. 
 
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Buckeye, Arizona, this
