sections of Task Order No. 3 to Contract No. 2022003A.48
Task Order , with those sections 
not expressly modified remaining in full effect pursuant to their terms. 
CONTRACT CHANGES:
The Change Order ratifies ongoing Work through the end of the Task Order s term, June 30, 
2025.

Article 3
Fee Breakdown, is amended by increasing the total not-to-exceed
amount by $100,000.00, from $200,000.00 to $300,000.00.
RECITALS:
The City and Consultant entered into Task Order No. 3 under Contract No. 2022003A.48 dated 
November 5, 2024. Pursuant to which Consultant was to provide FY25 Building Plan Review and 
Inspection Services with an expiration date of June 30, 2025, and a not-to-exceed amount of
$200,000.00.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS:
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the 
Task Order, the Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that 
order.  
This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.
