NOTICE OF HEARING ON THE COMPLETION  
OF THE WORK AND ASSESSMENTS 
 
FLOREO AT TERAVALIS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT  
(CITY OF BUCKEYE, ARIZONA) 
 
TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN 
ANY PROPERTY WITHIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 ESTABLISHED IN 
FLOREO AT TERAVALIS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT (CITY OF 
BUCKEYE, ARIZONA). 
 
A hearing on the assessment, the completion of the work and the proceedings heretofore had and 
taken with respect to the Floreo at Teravalis Community Facilities District (City of Buckeye, 
Arizona) (the “District”) Assessment District No. 1 will be held at the following time and place:

The Board of Directors of the District shall conduct a public hearing on and to consider and 
review assessments covering the costs and expenses of the construction of public improvements 
and issuance of special assessment bonds of the Floreo at Teravalis Community Facilities 
District (Special Assessment District No. 1). Any property owner and all other persons directly 
interested in the work or in the assessment having any objection to the assessment, the 
proceedings or the completion of the work (i) may, at any time prior to or at the time fixed for 
said hearing, file with the District Clerk a written notice specifying the grounds for such 
objection, and (ii) shall, if an objection notice is filed, appear and show cause why such protest 
should not be overruled.  The Board of Directors of the District will pass upon the objections at 
the hearing.
