CONTRACT CHANGES: 
 
1. 
Contract Price, is amended by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $225,000.00 
from $460,000.00 to $685,000.00. 
 
RECITALS: 
 
 
The City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 2025217 dated December 17, 2024. 
Pursuant to which Contractor was to provide public safety and emergency management 
equipment, tool and supply catalog solutions with an expiration subject to the terms of the 
Sourcewell Contract and a not-to-exceed amount of $460,000.00. 
 
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: 
 
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect. 
 
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the 
Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that order.   
 
This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.  
 
To the extent applicable under A.R.S. § 35-394, Contractor certifies that it does not, and 
will not for the duration of the Contract, use the forced labor, any goods or services produced by 
the forced labor, or any contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers that use the forced labor or any 
China. 
 
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Change Order as of the date 
first set forth above.
