COOPERATIVE CONTRACT PURCHASE ADDENDUM (CCPA) 
BETWEEN 
THE CITY OF BUCKEYE 
AND 
SAGUARO SUMMIT LLC DBA CHRISTMAS LIGHT DECORATORS 
 
CONTRACT NO. 2025151 
 
CHANGE ORDER # 1 
 
THIS CHANGE ORDER #1 (this ³Change Order´) is entered into as of ______________ between 
the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation (the ³City´) and Saguaro Summit LLC dba 
Christmas Light Decorators, an Arizona limited liability company (the ³Contractor´). This Change 
Order modifies certain sections of Contract No. 2025151 (the ³Contract´), with those sections not 
expressly modified remaining in full effect pursuant to their terms. 
 
CONTRACT CHANGES: 
 
1. 
Contract Price, is amended by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $650,000.00 
from $300,000.00 to $950,000.00. 
 
2. 
Exhibit B Proposal and Fee Schedule is amended to incorporate the additional 
services set forth in Exhibit A of this change order 1. 
 
 
RECITALS: 
 
 
The City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 2025151 dated September 17, 2024. 
Pursuant to which Contractor was to provide seasonal holiday and special event décor & lighting 
with an expiration subject to the terms of the City of Scottsdale Contract and a not-to-exceed 
amount of $300,000.00. 
 
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: 
 
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect. 
 
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the 
Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that order.   
 
This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.  
 
To the extent applicable under A.R.S. § 35-394, Contractor certifies that it does not, and 
will not for the duration of the Contract, use the forced labor, any goods or services produced by 
the forced labor, or any contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers that use the forced labor or any

goods or services produced by the forced labor of ethnic Uyghurs in the People¶s Republic of 
China.
