ARTICLE 1
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Consultant shall provide final design services for the Verrado Way Van Buren to Yuma Road
project, as more fully set forth in
Exhibit
A
.
ARTICLE 2
SCHEDULE OF COMPLETION OF SERVICES
The Consultant shall commence work upon the issuance by the City of a Notice to Proceed, and
complete the services and deliverables on or before July 31, 2026, unless this Task Order is earlier
terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
ARTICLE 3
FEE BREAKDOWN
Consultant shall be paid in accordance with the fee schedule set forth in the Contract. The total
cost to complete the Work shall not exceed Four Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars and Zero Cents (432,400.00), as set forth in Exhibit A.
ARTICLE 4
ADDITIONAL TERMS
This Task Order is subject to the terms and requirements of the Contract and may be canceled
pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.

If there is any discrepancy between the terms and conditions of this Task Order, the Contract,
and Exhibit A to this Task Order, the documents shall govern in that order.
