Council to take action on the Cooperative Contract Purchase Addendum (CCPA Contract No.
325000011) between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, and Ferguson Enterprises,
LLC, a Virginia limited liability company; and authorize the City Manager to execute said CCPA on behalf
of the City of Buckeye. 
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Water Resources is requesting Council approval of this CCPA with Ferguson Enterprises for the
purchase of essential supplies including, but not limited to, brass meter parts, water pumps, safety
supplies, compound meters, 3/4" - 2" compound meters, hydrants, valves, pipes, and couplings.
This is a multi-year contract with an NTE of $5,000,000 for the full term from FY25 through FY28:

FY26: $1,600,000
FY27: $1,675,000
FY28: $1,545,000
BENEFITS:
Establishing secure purchasing mechanisms for critical materials needed for operations.
