COOPERATIVE CONTRACT PURCHASE ADDENDUM (CCPA) 
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF BUCKEYE
AND 
THE SUTPHEN CORPORATION 
Contract No. 2025229 
AMENDM NT # 2 
THIS AMENDM
T # 2 (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of ______________, 2025 
between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City”) and The Sutphen 
Corporation, an Ohio corporation (the “Contractor”). This Amendment modifies certain sections 
of Contract No. 2025229 (the “Contract”), with those sections not expressly modified remaining 
in full effect pursuant to their terms.  
CONTRACT CHANGES: 
1.
Contract Price is amended by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by
$2,361,279.38 from $3,239,102.60 to $5,600,381.98. 
2.
Exhibit B Proposal and Fee Schedule is amended to incorporate the two additional
customized pumper proposals as set forth in Exhibit 1 of this Amendment # 2. 
RECITALS: 
The City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 2025229 dated November 19, 2024. Pursuant 
to which Contractor was to provide Firefighting Apparatus with an expiration date of February 
10, 2026 and a not-to-exceed amount of $3,224,502.15. 
THEREAFTER, Amendment #1 to incorporate the changes to the Program 1 Apparatus was 
entered into as of April 7, 2025, increasing the not-to-exceed amount to a new total of 
3,239,102.60. 
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: 
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect. 
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Amendment, the 
Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that order.   
This Amendment may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.
