ACTION/MOTION: (This language identifies the formal motion to be made by the Council) 
Council to take action on an On-Call Contract No. 2022003.20 Task Order No.1 Amendment No. 2
between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, and Hilgart/Wilson, LLC, an Arizona
corporation, for services required to complete the design of the EPCOR Interconnect project; and
authorizing the City Manager to execute and deliver said Contract on behalf of the City of Buckeye.
SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Hilgart/Wilson completed the design of the EPCOR Interconnect project under On-Call Contract No.
2022003.20. This contract was replaced with a new on-call contract in March 2025 under the firm’s new
name, Colliers Engineering. For financial record keeping and to properly close out the old contract and
pay the final invoice, an amendment to the contract amount, adding $8,182.50 for services performed, is
required. 
BENEFITS:
The EPCOR interconnect increases the City’s supply of potable water and maximizes its overall
portfolio.

Funding for this project is budgeted in FY25 Capital Improvement Program, project number 105910.
