This Change 
Order modifies certain sections of Task Order No. 1 to Contract No. 2022003.20
Task 
Order , with those sections not expressly modified remaining in full effect pursuant to their terms. 
CONTRACT CHANGES:
The Change Order ratifies the work performed through April 30, 2024, under the Task Order, and 
addresses payment of the final invoices. The Task Order and Change Order #1 failed to capture 
the anticipated period of performance and overall costs for all work completed.

Article 1 
Scope of Services and Exhibit A 
Scope of Work/Fee and Schedule,
are amended to incorporate the additional services as set forth in Exhibit 1 of Change Order #2.

Article 3
Fee Breakdown, is amended by increasing the total amount not to
exceed by $3,405.86, from $162,860.00 to $166,265.86. The total funds expended to date are
$158,083.36. The total amount outstanding on the invoices is $8,182.50.
RECITALS:
The City and Consultant entered into Task Order No. 1 to Contract No. 2022003.20 dated May 26,
2022. Pursuant to which Consultant was to provide professional surveying and engineering services 
for the EPCOR Interconnect project with an expiration date of July 22, 2022, and a not-to-exceed 
amount of $90,000.00.
Thereafter, Change Order #1 to Task Order No. 1 amended Article 1 
Scope of Services, 
incorporating additional services. Article 3 Fee Breakdown, was amended by increasing the total 
not to exceed amount by $72,860.00, from $90,000.00 to $162,860.00. Change Order #1 was 
entered into as of March 20, 2023.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS:
Except as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the terms of this Change Order, the 
Task Order, the Contract, and any other contract documents, the documents shall govern in that 
order.  
This Change Order may be canceled pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.
